Redundancy Scripts

A collection of scripts covering all stages of redundancy processes, end-to-end. These scripts will ensure that sensitive and difficult redundancy processes are managed in an ACAS-compliant manner with confidence and clarity. Including a formal redundancy consultation meeting scripts across all stages of consultation, an outcome meeting script, and script for informing employees about redundancy, and a practical manager guide for informing employees at the pre-consultation stage.
