Żaneta Stephen — Founder & CIPD-qualified HR professional
HR Scripts UK was founded by Żaneta Stephen, a senior HR leader with over 15 years’ experience across a range of companies. She has worked alongside founders, CEOs, and leadership teams in growing and established, UK and international businesses as a trusted strategic HR advisor and expert.
Żaneta's career has been shaped in environments where performance, pace and delivery matter — not abstract theories or hypotheticals. That means dealing with real situations, often under pressure, where the outcome has a direct impact on the business.
Over her years of experience, Żaneta has handled 100s of employee relations cases — from day-to-day issues to complex, high-risk situations — as well as large-scale transformation and redundancy programmes affecting anywhere from a handful of employees to 100s.
Her expertise includes:
- Disciplinary and grievance processes in sensitive or ambiguous situations
- Organisational redesign and restructuring
- Redundancy processes from initial proposal through to outcome
- Supporting leaders through difficult conversations they’ve never had before
- Navigating situations where the legal, commercial and human aspects all need to be balanced

Żaneta holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Employment Law, as well as a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management. Over the course of her career, she has managed a wide variety of HR cases and developed a practical understanding of how structured, well-written scripts support effective and fair outcomes.
