You acknowledge that use of the materials in employment or workplace settings may have legal, financial, and reputational consequences. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any use of the materials complies with applicable laws, regulations, employment contracts, and internal policies. We accept no responsibility for how the materials are implemented in practice or for any outcomes arising from their use.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. HR Scripts UK reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until HR Scripts UK confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as HR Scripts UK may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital content are final and non-refundable once access to the product has been granted or the download has begun. By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose any statutory right to cancel once supply begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Consulting services are non-refundable once delivered and, where booked for a specific time, may also become non-refundable once preparation or performance has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or professional use and not for commercial resale or export.

Nothing in these Terms affects any non-excludable statutory rights you may have as a consumer in relation to digital content or services that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise not supplied in conformity with the contract.

SECTION 6 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes or other applicable charges where required by law.

Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. Where applicable, VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased materials via email or through the website. Delivery is typically instantaneous but may be subject to technical delays outside our control.

We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or customer-side technical issues. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can receive emails and access digital files.

If you do not receive access to your purchased digital product within a reasonable time after payment, you must contact us promptly so that we can attempt re-delivery or otherwise provide access.

Our products, services, and materials, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and digital files, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by HR Scripts UK (a trading name of Zand Advisors Ltd), its affiliates or licensors and are protected by UK and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

HR Scripts UK is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with HR Scripts UK. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and HR Scripts UK, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify and its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with HR Scripts UK.

The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Section 3 (Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity), Professional and Employment Use, Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
