Refund Policy
All products sold by HR Scripts UK (a trading name of Zand Advisors Ltd) are digital products and/or consulting services.
1. Digital Products
All digital products (including HR scripts and templates) are delivered electronically and made available to you immediately upon successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the product has been granted or the download has begun.
By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once delivery begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Consulting Services
Consulting services are provided remotely and are non-refundable once delivered.
Where consulting services are booked for a specific time, they may also become non-refundable once preparation or performance has begun.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule by contacting us in advance. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, but this is not guaranteed.
3. Faulty or Misdescribed Products
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, not as described, or cannot be accessed, please contact us promptly at admin@hrscriptsuk.co.uk. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including by re-delivering the product or providing access.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
4. Delivery Issues
You are responsible for ensuring that you provide a correct email address and that you are able to receive emails and download digital files.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- incorrect email addresses
- spam filtering or email blocking
- customer-side technical issues
If you do not receive your product within a reasonable time after purchase, please contact us and we will attempt to assist.
